Orders

By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

 

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

The maximum delivery time is 14 business days from the time of payment. If the order is delayed, the customer will be informed by email.

 

Return Policy

Customers have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.

After receiving and inspecting the returned shipment, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds
